My life’s goal is to attain success in all aspects. Personally, I aim for a fulfilling and comfortable existence where I can cherish moments with family and loved ones. Academically, I strive to acquire knowledge to enhance professional capabilities and hone practical skills. Professionally, I seek career success and financial stability.

Strengths

I possess strong oratory skills and an enthusiastic approach to leading and managing change. In my previous role as a nursing manager, I successfully mediated staff conflicts, effectively communicated healthcare plans to diverse stakeholders, and identified key performance indicators. My ability to connect with people at all levels allowed me to bridge gaps between frontline workers and upper management. During the initial stages of the pandemic, I adeptly handled our information technology infrastructure.
